Expected Behaviour
All Tectonic participants are expected to:
- Treat fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff with respect and professionalism
- Engage constructively in discussions and networking
- Respect physical and personal boundaries
- Create an environment focused on learning and collaboration
Unacceptable Behaviour
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct in any form, including:
- Discriminatory language or behaviour based on gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other personal characteristic
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behaviour
- Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention
- Disruption of sessions, networking activities, or other event programming
- Photography or recording without explicit consent
- Sharing of offensive or inappropriate content
Reporting and Response
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this code of conduct:
- Immediate assistance: Contact any Tectonic team member identifiable by their staff credentials
All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly. Participants who violate this code of conduct may be removed from the event without refund at the organisers' discretion.
