What is Tectonic about?

Tectonic is a major European technology conference, gathering innovators, founders, investors, enterprise leaders, and policymakers for two days of collaboration, insights, networking, and dealmaking. The 2025 edition takes place November 5-6 at Wintercircus Ghent, Belgium

How do I get there by public transport?

Wintercircus is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest stops to Wintercircus are Bagattenstraat (bus), Gent Zuid (bus and tram), and Vogelmarkt (tram).

If you're coming from Gent-Sint-Pieters train station, take tram 1 towards Evergem and get off at Plateaustraat.From Gent-Dampoort train station, take bus 70 / 76 / 5 / 6 towards the city centre and get off at the Zuid stop.

How do I get there by bike?

Ghent is a bike-friendly city, and Wintercircus is easily accessible by bike. You can park in Bicycle Parking De Krook, located underneath Library De Krook.

This is a covered bicycle parking area spread across levels -1 and -2, with space for 542 bicycles, including 30 oversized bikes.

The bicycle parking is free and open 24/7.

How do I get there by car?

Ghent’s inner city (the area within the ring road) is a low-emission zone (LEZ). Foreign license plates must be registered, and we advise checking whether your vehicle is allowed.

The nearest car park (Zuid underground car park) is located underneath Woodrow Wilsonplein, outside the low-emission zone, and just a 2-minute walk from Wintercircus.

Parking: interParking Zuid (10 minute walk from Wintercircus) and Parking Sint-Pietersplein (10 minute walk from Wintercircus).

Who organizes the event?

The conference is hosted by a partnership of Flanders Technology & Innovation (FTI), NextGen Belgium, and In The Pocket. These organizations are leaders in tech event hosting, digital transformation, and ecosystem building across Europe

Where do profits, if any, from the event go?

The event is hosted by NextGen Belgium VZW, a non-profit from Belgium. Our team consists of only volunteers, so all profits from the event are reinvested to make the next edition bigger and better.

What are the event dates and schedules?
